Real Estate Experience
In addition to being an experienced home inspector and contractor, Mike also became a Licensed Real Estate Broker in 1994. Working in real estate, he would see a lot of subpar home inspections being done for buyers and noticed that a lot of inspectors were rushing their services, not answering questions, and not helping their clients understand how to operate their homes after purchase. He wanted to offer better service for home buyers, which is why he eventually became a home inspector himself. He has also purchased and invested in properties of his own throughout the years, so he understands all aspects of the home-buying process.
